The worst bank

The worst bank ever. This people here do not respect customers at all. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my money to be cleared and they will always postponed money that was paid and furnished with p.o.p's. Europcar reversed the money long ago and the bank keeps lying to me and playing mind games. They don't take my grievances seriously. The loss of income because of their nonchalant attitude. At this point I think the legal route is the only way. I won't be bul**** and lose money because of this bank
