The only thing foreign at Forex is the thought they should work

<p>This is only my 2nd bad review, however like the straw on the camels back it comes after numerous occasions of poor customer service due to unnecessary delays because eof staff incompetence.</p> <p>I had money transferred to my account over 4 days ago. Capitec has received my money and it has been converted. I went into the branch today to ask why it has not been released. We were on hold from 15h43 until I left at 16h13. Thirty minutes and no one answers the phone. Really. When i left i trquested that Forex call me. The branch consultant called me at 16h29 to advise the money is in but Forex wants me to come in to the Branch and call them to confirm whether this is a once off transfer or if it's ongoing. Really? And if I can't make it today by 5 o'clock then I must come in tomorrow morning. Really?!</p> <p>With the debacle on the rand price-fixing, one would think Capitec would bend over backwards to gain a foothold in Forex. Instead we are doing your Call Centre Forex department a favour by running to them instead of them doing their jobs. This is unacceptable. And when Donorique Wessels calls me now, please advise him that I would also like to be contacted by someone so I can close my Capitec account. And my Capitec savings account. And my daughter's Capitec account. And I will be advising everyone else I know about this. By the way. Please go look at my monthly money in and money out and my fees. Yes: that is the business you will be losing due to your Forex staff incompetence.</p>
