The National Credit Act prohibits the listing of prescribed debt
I failed to pay capitec bank after I lost my job. Contacted them to settle my account they told the can't accept payment from me as my debt is prescribed but they still listing my name on credit bureau. What capitec is doing its against the law. The National Credit Act prohibits the listing of prescribed odebt
