The most useless institution in existence.

My account was blocked on my pay day 27th September 2024, when I went into the branch the following day, they could not tell me why it was blocked. I was later referred to a whatsapp helpline, still no success.

The following week I called into the help line and I was told that my account has been blocked because of suspected *****ulent activity on my account on the week before I got paid (I was freaking broke) these amounts add up to 2k.

None the less, it's almost payday again and I have to prove to them that I am the person that I say that I am, and that I do not partake in any *****ulent activity.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon
