The most Terrible bank

I’ve always heard that Capitec is the worst bank but I never believed until this week, My wife and I run a small business collecting s**** metals, we received our payments from one of our sales and they blocked my wife’s account, when we enquired they said they want a Source of Funds document which we provided!from the s****yard where we sold our s****s.?We’ve been to the Middelburg Branch all day today and the previous 2 days, they cannot give us an answer as to why the account is still frozen, they keep on telling us to come check after a certain time and when we get there they say they don’t know what’s happening and there’s nothing they can do, what is that??? In the meantime I can’t do anything because all our funds are in that account we can’t even pay our workers, how pathetic !!!
