The money that i am paying does not decrease

I started paying account in 24 October 2014 when i made the arrangement they told me that i am owing R 29,515.44 so i agree that i dont have a problem to pay R500.00 every month on the 25 they decided to gurnish me i was not aware that it was Capitec that putted a gurbish R1000.00 on my payslip not until i phoned HR than they explain to me that it is Capitec so since they were double charging i went to the branch they were busy sending me to different place phoning different people after that they told that they can remove the gurnish but they cant refund me i said it ok as long it will go to the account i am owing last week they send a statement the money is not deceasing its increasing i am so shocked that from R29,515.04 the money that i am owing went up to R31,636.19 and the statement does not show the R1000.00 that i was paying for 3 months
