The instant pay on rain platforms are not correspondimg to the merchant bank account

its to my utmost disappointment that i made an instant payment to the merchant rain on the 20 January 2025. However, merchant is insisting that to date they didn't receive the funds used several documents that i was provided by u to give the merchant but rain still insist that they didn't receive the funds. Pls contact the merchants bank and provide them assistance as this is really frustrating as my services were cut and i had made an payment this is unfair as merchant or the bank has been unfairly enriched as they falling to provide me my service paid for.
