The experience at Capitec at The Greenery was the most unproffesional service ive recieved at any bank

This is my second complaint on hellopeter.

Although i was satisfied with the call and updates from the lady who called me from the complaints centre. I am not happy as she gave me her word that thr branch business manager of Capitec at the The Greenery would contact me and i have not recieved a call from the branch business manager.

This makes me wonder what is happening at that branche if the manager can not make a simple call and had over 30 hours to do so.

The conaultant named Mandy demands phones and banking apps and has the audicity to go in to my transfer history and try stories.

I would strongly recommend head office go and looks themselves at the pathetic quality of service and unknowledable consulant that work there
