The best customer service, ever.....period!!

<p>After a number of disappointments in the last 24 hrs, today I decided to give Capitec bank a try and see if they could help with the financial pickle i found myself in.....and boy, did they help me out!! I was assisted by an amazing young lady by the name of Nombeko. She's by far the epitome of what fantastic customer service should be in SA. Not only was she courteous towards me, but she was also incredibly patient and never once made me feel like an annoying client. After a long day & her tenacity to do all she could to assist me, I walked out of the bank with exactly what I had hoped to get. Nombeko my dear, you're certainly an asset to Capitec and with an awesome manager like Mduduzi, I truly hope you get your promotion soon.</p>
