The best bank VS the worst

Today Absa blocked my online banking and sends me a message I need to come into the bank. I live 21km from a bank and as a single mom I get my baby and go there because there is no one that can look after her for me. So I get to Absa waterfall mall rustenburg only to hear that I cannot enter with my baby so I ask but what must I do and the manager tell me to leave my child with a total stranger. On top of that the manager asked me with a very bad attitude... where is your husband. So I turned around, withdrew all my money from the atm and went to capitec and what great service, they even gave me some tissues and water when I got there in tears for being treated like a animal by Absa. Thank you capitec for welcoming me and my child with open arms and she even got a sweetie. You have people skills and know how to treat human beings thanks for your service it's 5 star.
