The bank that leaves you standing in the rain

I loved my Capitec banking - until I had 11 ********** bookings from around the world.Now we are working in the 4 month to solve the case. Playing pingpong of statements it is ***** - it's not, but didn't get any information of original currency amount, country, cases etc. I asked several times for this information to make the cases clear. Staff involved in this case went on holiday without any out of office notice. No interest from Capitec to report the cases to the police. Now I have hired an attorney because the bank no longer wanted to work on the clarification. Conclusion? A bank without passion or care for it's customer.
