The Bank that just gets banking.

Customer service excellence - quick feedback and always happy to assist. They know me personally like I am actually a priority for them. They care and they come to me with feedback - I don't need to even ask for it. They really go the extra mile.

They understand how the banking system should work - also their security is on a level most other banks will never understand.

The Willowbridge branch has been my saving grace for so many reasons. As a victim of ***** through FNB (for an account I never even opened with them), they have been nothing but amazing to assist in many ways that I from personal experience, believe FNB never could.

I walk into Willowbridge Capitec - I get addressed personally, my query takes no longer than 10min - they keep me updated and always provide the needed info and more. Often more information than needed.
