The bank listed me as a bad payer

Good day<br> <br> I have been banking with Capitec Bank for 7 years now.i also have a loan with them.last year i went on maternity leave and called their call center and informed them that i can only pay R 500.00 until i go back to work and they can extend my payments by 3 months.my installment was R2 200 per month and i also asked the lady i spoke to to increase my installment from R 2 200 to R 2 600 so i can try and catch up on the months i did not pay full amounts.<br> <br> Ever since i came back from maternity leave i have not been able to apply for any credit because every time i do Capitec keeps coming up,as they have listed me as a bad payer. What is even worse is I notified them about my maternity leave and did not just decide not to pay even in our arrangement I still paid the amount we agreed on. I called their call center to confirm and the lady by the name of Celiwe informed me that my account was up to date.I was then transferred to all the departments as no one was able to help me. I was finally told that i must call Credit Bureau to clear my name to find out. I'm disappointed with their service and I've decided to close my account with them as they have ruined my credit.
