The bank is becoming useless with every passing day.

There's 4 ATMs at ficksburg capitec but they are all closed. I have an emergency now, I need to transfer money from a fixed account to the main one but all four ATMs are closed. What's the use of having these ATMs if they not of any use, especially during emergencies.
