The Amazing Race: Capitec Edition

So I have been a loyal customer to Capitec Bank, particularly the branch at Bayside, Table View Cape Town. A few years ago I registered to have online payments be made with my Capitec Master Card (A very neat feature in todays world). 2 days ago, mysteriously I could no longer make any online purchases, I kept getting the error about needing to go to the branch to recieve a 10 Digit pin that would allow me to activate the service, this struck me as odd as I have no record of cancelling this service. So I did what any confused customer would do and called into the 24 hour customer support line in order to receive some sort of guidance or clarity on the issue, after speaking with a consultant who confirmed that my account and card is DEFINETLY registered also told me they don't understand why its not working (which I can totally understand due to the nature of this type of incident). So off I rushed to the branch the very same day where I went to query the issue with a consultant at the Table View branch just to find out what I already knew...they did'nt know why it was'nt working, they then made a call (to who, I dont know) but received more information of what I already knew, "the card is registered, it should work". Now becoming slightly frustrated I suggested resetting the card and have the process start from scratch, so I reset the card, received the notifications on my phone to say the card was de-registered and then re-registered as well as having my limits reset (this part about receiving this info is important). So I was told it takes 24 hours for this PIN to be sent to the number registered to the account and that gave me some glimmer of hope.

- 48 hours later -

So now im really bordering frustrated and slightly p*ssed off... I call the 24 hours customer service number again to query what is the issue and why havent I received the PIN, the lady told me that it had been sent at some around 2am/2pm in the morning/after (she wasnt really clear, however its irrespective), so I told her I hadnt received it, otherwise I wouldnt really be calling, she then proceeded to suggest that its possible there is an issue with my phone..AHA! no, no there isnt, because i received my notifications just fine for everything else (including security pins when logging into my "online console"), which then led to "well then I dont know what is wrong, you will need to go into the branch"... So after all that waiting and having my time wasted, being profusely told Capitec doesnt know what the problem is and having to run around like petrol is free and time is endless between my home and Capitec is not going to happen... If this is the kind of "just another customer" service Capitec is going to offer to someone who has been with them for almost 5 years then I guess I'm entrusting my money, time and effort in to the wrong bank... Which leads me to my conclusion...

Whats your next move Capitec? How will you handle this...

(P.S I would never rant like this over a first time issue like this, ive had multiple scenarios where a lot of my time and petrol went into playing Capitec's Amazing race...)
