I am Thembakazi prudence Mnengi capitec client I've been a client with them for a while last year March I opened a funeral policy with them, this year July I lost my mother 23 July I tried to claim but I've been getting un valid answers every time I go to their branches and they say they are contacting their funeral department but nothing comes up ☹️ of it, I have already budgeted on the claim to pay funeral things and this issue is making me seem as untrust worthy person
