***** that I didn’t commit

My life it’s going to be more miserable and in the next coming days.. I don’t understand why Capitec would do this to ….Firstly t I spend my money to go to the nearest branch an make about my block account,when I get there they told me an amount of 1000 has be reported that is why my account has been blocked.i told them that I was a pay roller on Telegram for TikTok Tasks.and they told me that I must go to police station and do affidavit and explain everything I did that an I send all required documents.and they told me that I must wait for 5 working day for the victim to send requested documents to the bank and the victim didn’t show and they told me in that case they will open my accounts..as I was waiting Boom in my account all my savings plan are blocked 💔💔💔💔Mind you Tomorrow am getting paid ..I asked them why and they see that in my account the are multiple payments that were running and am I did state in the avidaffit that I was a pay roller. Am failing to understand why they are not telling me that the are some required documents I must submit or say something and if I don’t produce those things that is where they can block my account.I really didn’t know this was a **** if that what they are saying 💔The fact that I won’t get paid at work bcz my account it’s blocked and I am a single parent my kids how am I going to pay transport to pay rent 🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️💔💔💔💔Yhuuu this is the worse I ever experience in my life …Capitec it’s just not a branch you can trust ever 💔💔🥲I dot even have food bcz the freeze everything
