I visited Capitec , Springs Mall branch on 06-03-2023. The prompt attention one is greeted with at the entrance, is really impressive. I was welcomed by Xolly, friendly, polite and quite efficient. Xolly usherred me to take a sit at the waiting area. Not long, i was called to be served by Tebogo. Even there,i received a great customer service experience. Keep on doing great ladies.
