I wrote a complaint about Capitec on behalf of my husband... a very nice and polite lady whose name I forgot my apologies called me, and when I was not reachable she tried until we were able to speak on the phone. my husbands paid up letter is sent to him Thank you for getting back to us. and a special thank you that you assigned our case to she is very sweet.
