Thankful

I registered in a site for a free resume that costed $1.95 for 14 day trial, only to find out they will debit $29 after the trial and their terms and conditions clearly states , in case of unintentional purchase you will get refunded but it was a lie they completely disagreed, I contacted my bank and stressed my issue with them and to my surprise after 2 days the money was back into my account. Thank you so much . I am grateful. Not to forget the consultant that escalated the issue, she handled the matter very well and escalated it to the relevant department keep up the good work.
