I arrived at Capitec Bank in East Rand Mall after rushing from work. I arrived a few minutes before they closed. Neo was the lady who assisted me, usually when you get to a bank before they close, you can sense the irritation. Neo was friendly & helpful. Her colleagues left but she stayed & assisted me patiently. Thank you Neo :) Job very well done.
