Given I also want to thank you for your approach and the manner in which you assisted with when I requested for the manager during my visit at your branch. Annie you were also professional and patient in explaining to me about the documents that are required to close my late fathers' bank account. Abram, I do apologise to put your name in the mud, I want to make it clear that Abram was not rude as per the previous report, however the consultant who did not have a name tag was not kind to me. Keep up the good work guys, I should be visiting your branch again in the nearer future
