I had a lady, Lerato from the Alberton branch number 215 who assisted my client, Mr. Roman with Bank statements on 10 December 2021. I just wanted to comment on Lerato's excellent service provided to the aforementioned gentleman who, by the way is a paraplegic. Thank you Mam! 👏👏👏
