I would like to give a compliment where it is due. I recently has interaction with capitec bank looking for credit as a matter of urgency and by luck I assisted by and Agent with a name Zezethu Komani. I must say her service was so efficient you will swear the I was the only customer in the whole country she was servicing at that time.

She asked me to email all my documents and within few minute she called back that she has done all the assessment required and we may conclude the deal. For me that was my first ever best service I had received from the bank.
