Thank you for resolving my Cash Send issue.

Capitec reimbursed my voucher money as a gesture of goodwill. I had sent a voucher to my Sister in Johannesburg and it was intercepted somehow in Idutywa. The only person I know from there was the former President of South Africa Thabo Mbeki, either than that I don’t know anyone else and I doubt Mbeki intercepts cash send vouchers.

Jokes aside, I wanted to Thank Capitec for responding in good faith to me as a customer. Though we are uncertain about what led to this issue I am certain it’s only a matter of time until it comes to light.
