Hi, i would like to appreciate Ashley at Capitec Bank Carnival mall branch. This morning my nephew was trying to withdraw some money at the Kempton park branch when the power went off before the money came out. Since my nephew was using my capitec card he was told at the Kempton park branch that i needed to come in for my finger print verification. i couldn't go because i work in carnival mall, so i went to the carnival mall branch and explained the situation to Ashley who assisted me so politely. She phoned the kempton park branch and the money was reversed to my account. Thank you so much Ashley.God bless you..
