Thank you Thokozani, the relationships/ complaints manager. You have been so patient and diligent in your job, such a calm humble guy, always keeping clients in the loop and keeping to his promises. Thought I'd say thank you, once again and leave a nice compliment instead of always finding time to complain. Truly an asset to the business.
