Terrible with Capital Letter T

I have been a Capitec Bank client for more than a year. Yesterda 21/06/2017 around 10 am I went to Capitec Bank East Rand Mall, the one next to Pick 'n Pay. I explain to the lady at the door that I wanted to deposit R500 but had R600 worth of R200 notes so I could not deposit at the ATM. The lady at the door gave me the ticket, I proceeded to deposits counter. The coloured lady with a name tag Leeckay started by shouting at the lady who gave me the ticket "You must not allow people to make deposits inside....continued to explain why, which I believe was suppose addressed privately since it didn't come out professionally, but the lady receiving the lecture infront of me from Leeckay had to confirm that she understands to cut the conversation short.

I then gave the lady (Leeckay) R600 (3XR200) and told her that I would like to deposit R500. Worst response I've never had from any bank teller and with attitude "I don't have change". My response, "What type of a bank with no change"? Her response, "We don't keep money in this bank and we don't give change". I just stood there, didn't know what to say. She then left for a second without saying anything and came back, opened what looks like a safe behind her, Took R200 note from my money which was alresdy on the counter. "Account number", she said. I gave her. "What's the name", she asked, I told her. She then put a pen and the slip on the counter, "Sign" she said. I signed. She then gave me my slip and there was not thank you, nothing. I felt so undermined and bu**** without doing anything wrong. I thought I was a client or customer but I felt treated like a begger. Is it right to be treated like that as a client in your business? Do I have to go find change before I can do deposit at your bank?
