Terrible systems am disgusted

I went to capitec to have a look at what I qualified for because everytime I checked my credit score on the app it showed that it is weak and that i do not qualify at that moment fair enough I went to the bank and they advised me that i do qualify for a short term loan and an access facility account and once it is paid there would be a good enough record to qualify for a bigger loan anyways I didnt know much about the loans and agreed to take it with the intentions that if i pay it done ill have a strong enough record for when I actually need a loan. Today I cleared the loan before its due date aswell and after 6 months of paying the loan my credit check still says it is weak and i do not qualify at this moment they rejected me for a credit card because of that at the time yet absa bank gave me one . The rating that the gave me at capitec was just ridiculous and I believed in capitec for my future commitments however they have pushed me to learn about other banks who actually helped me and I wasnt even a customer of them at the time . Big disappointment from Capitec honestly I should’ve joined another bank before they told me I needed to take out that small loan which i did not even need I just wanted to improve my credit rating because the system said it was weak and now it is still weak a waste of time honestly I would not recommend this bank for future commitments if this is how they treat customers
