Terrible Service. Never dispute charges with them.

I had a ********** purchase on my card few hours after I got payed on April 24, 2019. I went to the Capitec branch and the way that Agent made me felt was like I made the purchase and just want my money back. Anyhow I told them it is a US company and I know nothing, I just want my money back. A case was opened. Up until today, I never got my money back. I contacted the ombudsman which just refer me back to Capitec. I lost out so much as it was fast time and up until now, nothing is being done to resolve my issue. Never try to dispute charges with Capitec. It is a waste of money and time. I wish I could give them a zero rating
