Terrible service from Capitec Bank

I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Capitec Bank. Not only has it affect my credit score but also jeopardize my current applications at other financial institutions. Now I was told to visit a branch- which I don't have the time for, to resolve the issue because they cant assist me when I call the relevant department, they have to call from the branch. Utter nonsense.
