Terrible service
Worst experiences from ****itec. Onke M****a Keeps promising to call me and faith dropped the call. Agenrs are rude. Now I’m being told to go to the branch ?

26 Aug 2021, 14:33I was contacted one no complaint reference send , no feedback and I was promised to be called once a day to be updated. I’m shocked at the level of service it’s scary that I trusted capitec with my money . I will be sending a OBS referral ??
