Terrible service

Worse service ever, capitec - cornubia mall. Visited the branch for assistance, a consultant by the name of sipeshile was assigned to assist, within an hour of been there she kept making excuses as to why the documents wouldn't work, left and went to her manager about 7 times, while consultanting kept using a chat facility on her desktop, eventually ended up leaving the branch with no assistance, this is my second horrific experience with this branch the first was telephonically and now physically as well.
