Terrible service
I never missed a loan payment with Capitec as it is a debit order payment. From May they had listed me on credit bureau as a missed payment. Capitec had issues with receiving debit orders from certain banks and now it's my fault yet the payment was debited monthly with no issues. This was excalated to Lesego Tshoke last month and to date this has not been resolved. This is unacceptable
