Terrible service

I have a existing loan with capitec and my debit order should go off on my pay date but thats not the case, they deduct when it suits them and that is absolutely ridiculous!! I have been in to a branch several times and the consultants i dealt with could not give me an answer as to why that happens. why are consultants there if they cannot assist customers?. Now this month they have deducted more than the agreed amount. Why do I ,the customer, have to call after my own money. Ive had loans with capitec before and its never been like this. Capitec banks service is getting worse by the day!! I am extremely upset and frustrated because every month i have problems with them. Banking is suppose to be made easy but its NOT!
