Terrible service at Capitec Overport city

I regret opening an account with Capitec and want to close it. I went to this branch and the so called service advisor hands me an old ticket and tells me where to go for a bank statement. I waited forever and people who came after me were being assisted until I lost my patience. The staff was even rude as if they doing me a favour, really? I'm the reason they have a job. Ridiculous, couldn't even help me with a statement telling me long stories.
