Terrible service and now blacklisted

I opened a Mercantile bank account 5 years ago with an overdraft. After being bought over by Capitec Bank, I have had very little communication from the business banking staff. I received one email to request payment of outstanding amount and was then blacklisted. I cannot open the statements as it is password protected and they dont give info about the password, so how can I open it??? I can't communicate or resolve the problem as there are no communication or feedback from any of the staff!!! I even went to the bank without any success. Now they expect me to pay large amounts every month after this shocking service!! This is a terrible bank!!! Avoid.
