Terrible service and Bank

<p>i have a loan agreement with capitec , my salary comes in at the end of the month .</p> <p>Today is the 24 , 2 working days away from month end , i get money for my sons school outing which is </p> <p>tommorow.</p> <p>Capitec takes all the money , i called call centre which was useless spoke to someone called Lydia </p> <p>who advised they cant reverse the money back to me .</p> <p>im highly annoyed because capitec makes as if they are the best bank but they cant even reverse my money .</p> <p>Now my child cant go to his outing </p> <p> </p>
