Terrible place to Bank with

Im under debt review with capitec,or atleast i was.

Due to circumstances at my employer,we had periods of short time where my salary was greatly affected and i was unable to pay. I did inform debt busters who in tern notified capitec. But capitec never informed us if the request was declined or approved. With that i carried on. Now i get an email saying my account was debt review was terminated. No one tried calling me. No one sent me any messages, even debt bist was un aware. and now my account is with attorneys. Thisnis unfair with your lack of communication!!!!!!
