Terrible FOREX Service

Don’t use this bank to receive any international payments. It is the worst ever! I work with international clients and since I signed up with Mercantile Bank 2 months go, each payment takes forever to access with ******* service from the personal bankers, numerous trips to the branch and zero response whenever they promise to get back to you. On hearing that they were being/had been acquired by Capitec, I thought the service would improve and for the umpteenth time I am yet again in the position of chasing after them to release my money and again having and I trouble with creditors to say the least. I am definitely moving my business elsewhere as soon as I can get this latest payment resolved. And no, I will not be recommending them to anyone I actually care about.
