Terrible experience with Capetac Bank! 😡 Sent R4450 to the wrong person due to a technical glitch, and they won't lift a finger to help 🙄. They say it's a 'civil matter' and lock the call, but they've got the recipient's info and won't even try to contact them 🤯. Sent me to Small Claims Court, but they can't assist without the recipient's info - which Capetac has! 😤 Now they're telling me to just accept the loss 💔. Unacceptable service from Capetac - how can they claim to care about their clients?
