TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT VINCENT PARK MALL

Terrible experience at Capitec Vincent Park Mall East London. My husband and I were waiting at the atm line and a lady appeared out of nowhere insisting she was behind the person standing infront of us. We advised her that she cannot just cut the line and she continued to wait next to the line. She eventually just pushed her way infront of us with 3 Capitec employee members were standing infront of the bank witnessing this and not doing a thing about it. When we eventually asked them for assistance , they ignored us and when my husband then said for the 5th time in a louder voice , one of the staff members came forward and said in Xhosa "what must I now do". Really shocking experience at this branch
