TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received really bad service today when I was assisted to load the Capitec App on my phone. The consultant at the Capitec in Sandton City Mall was really rude and did not offer good customer service. Very unfriendly and did not show any care towards me.
She made me feel so stupid, and she couldn't wait to finish with me. I am really disappointed with how customers like me are treated.
