Terrible Customer Service

I recently visited the Capitec branch at Tambotie Mall, where I was assisted by a staff member named Thandeka.

I had been a victim of a *****ulent online purchase, with incident number ***. Unfortunately, my experience with Thandeka was deeply disappointing. She displayed a lack of empathy for my situation and repeatedly insisted that the incident was my fault, asserting that there was nothing the bank could do. Her tone and approach were argumentative, leaving me feeling insulted and misunderstood, as if I were to blame and being unreasonable.

As a loyal client, I expected better support and understanding during such a challenging time. The way my case was handled has left me feeling let down, and I am seriously reconsidering my decision to continue banking with Capitec if this is how clients are treated.
