TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
On the 8th June 2018 around 21:50 in the evening I met a guy in Olievenhoutbosch named Mulalo who asked to use my Capitec account to receive and withdraw funds from his friend, which I agreed to. R** was received from ********** 805 (Source) and R*** withdrawn at Sasol Blue Hills, Midrand. The following day I wasn’t able to use my account as it was put on hold by the bank. Visited the branch in Midrand on the 11th June 2018 to enquire about the account only to be told that the transaction was ********** and I have to come with the source at the branch. In the meantime I won’t be able to make any transaction on the account but funds went out of the same account that’s on hold with ref: MB-35326 ( ********** 0) of which I wasn’t aware of. From that time I struggled to get the person who made the transaction and branch consultant advised me to do this affidavit for them to make my account active. Prepared the affidavit and went to the branch only to be told that they will never remove on hold status without the person who made the transaction
