Terrible customer care and no feedback from Capitec

I have complained numerous times about the fact that Capitec just *****s and takes my money without justifying or even notifying me. There is absolutely no communication or responsibility on their end. It is impossible to get somebody to talk to that can actualy do something. It is month end and debit orders are about to go off and still no word from this famous bank. No customer care what so ever!
