Terrible bank functionality

I dont know how to fix the bank balance, When trying to put money into a bank account post graduation post employment times three the only solution is a tiny loan of 500 000 Rand which won't go into the bank account because theres no current employer. So I cannot use the banking facility because the employment ,market doesnt work and the bank market doesnt work and the second factor authentication keeps trying to take pictures of my face and not save the login information into the system. Prints great statements though. but the banking interface and mobile interface needs a little motre detail and usability. Doesnt even say the bank annual deposit limit and was told that I cannot send and or receive foreign currency.
