Terrible Bank but Most Helpful Agent

<p>I would like to thank Robin Klein of Capitec Complaints department for handling my query with empathy and compassion and diligence. Thank you Robin for trying your level best to assist even though the system Capitec uses is not meant to assist its customers, it's really nice to know that there ARE people within the bank that can empathise and do their level best with a ****py situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will still be reporting this bank but Robin Klein has been exceptional.</p>
