Terrible and stressful banking experience

I finally gave up on capitec business bank and there FICA people, these people are so committed to mess up my business. I have been trying to do the fica reverification for over a week now, my account is on hold because of this and capitec fica people are just full of ****. I have send my bank statement , the invoices from my business and any document I can think of, but this people will always see something wrong somewhere, so I finally decided to move to a more tech savvy bank, the whole process is manual and I have to be pushing paper back and forth. Save your self some headache and avoid capitec buciness account, it's been a stressful week at the hands of capitec bank.
