terminating my account

In 2014 i app**** for a loan at capitec bank. The employer i worked for was not registerd and flagged by capitec. I did not know this and no one at the bank told me. They just said my loan was declined due to the fact that my employer is not registerd. On 28/08/2015 i app**** again for a loan and they said i have been flagged as an ********** employee. Even though the company i worked for did exist.Now i cant get a loan from capitec bank ever again because they are penalising me for something i did not do or was aware of even though i have not been working at that company for a while. Is that how poorly capitec treats their customers by not doing their work properly and treating me like i am a *****??!! We have contacted head office many times but no help. I expect atleast some effort from capitec to investigate properly and correct this!
